      JoAnn Lomax RN

      JoAnn is employed at Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee, WI as the Nurse Liaison in the Patient Relations Department. In this position, she serves as a link between hospital administration and a multidisciplinary team of health care providers to patients and family members in crisis.

      JoAnn received a BSN in nursing, Alverno College, 1974, Master Degree in Health Services Administration (MHA) Cardinal Stritch College 1984, and a Master Degree in Community Health and Wellness Promotion (MCH), California College of Health Sciences in 2006.

      Mary Ann Mosley RN

      Mary Ann is a retired registered nurse from St. Joseph Hospital (35 years) and Cardinal Stritch University Ruth B. Coleman School of Nursing (25 years). She volunteers in the Family Center at Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee, WI. In this position, she serve patients and family members to navigate Froedtert systems.

      Mary Ann received a BSN in nursing, Cardinal Stritch, 1986, a Master Degree Community Health & Wellness Promotion (MHC), California College of Health Sciences in 2006.

      Katie Schneider BSW

      Katie is employed by Riverview Hospital Association in Wisconsin Rapids, WI as the Patient Advocate and Volunteer Coordinator.

      Katie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in 1990 from the University of WI-LaCrosse majoring in Social Work with a minor in Sociology and an Emphasis in Gerontology. Katie completed some graduate course work towards a Master of Science Degree in Human and Community Resources through the University of WI-Steven's Point.

      Diane Engelhardt

      Diane is employed at Ministry Medical Group - Central Region.

      Diane is a resource to a multidisciplinary healthcare teams regarding patient rights and responsibilities including privacy related concerns. She coordinates the intake of patient concerns and grievances based on C.M.S. and Joint Commission requirements.

      She also, manages and provides staff education for the Service Recovery Program according to the Ministry's established program.

The Wisconsin Associates of Patient Advocacy's vision is to provide its members with education, information, and networking opportunities. We encourage and support the development of advocacy programs in health care organizations. WISAPA disseminate information to assist program developers in health care organizations.
